THE FIRST STEP IN THE RECOVERY PROGRAMME.

Our approach to outplacement and transition is fully focused on building recovery for the future, protecting your talent brand and maintaining productivity levels

1. DEFINE YOUR NEEDS

The journey begins with us spending time with you to understand the size and scale of your outplacement needs. This understanding will allow us to begin the design of your service delivery.

2. AGREE PROJECT Brief & Number of students

We’ll analyse your information, define the outcomes of the project and outline our intended approach. Our proposal will detail the team, monthly fee, curated learning path, project time frames and blend of online/offline resources used.

3. ASSIGN COLLABZ TEAM

A dedicated partnership manager will work onsite/offsite to manage your outplacement strategy. This person will be responsible for selecting the team of advisers that suit the style and needs of your students and key stakeholders. 

4. Approve Communications plan

You’ll work with our marketing expert to create a tailored internal & external talent communication plan that best fits the project breif. It’s important we understand your people and everything else that contributes to the authenticity of your story. 

5. ON-BOARD STUDENTS to ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM

To ensure momentum of activity and delivery of a clear concise message, we will host group workshops for those affected and minimise any communication gap between employer and employees.

6. INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS

On a 1-2-1 basis, participants will be offered tailored support based on their own circumstances and needs that allows them to transition smoothly and successfully.

7. GROUP WORKSHOPS & ONLINE WEBINARS

Webinars allow participants to access further content that will support their transition into a new role, including career search technology, social media, networking, personal brand and interviewing preparation.

8. PROJECT DEBrIef, Insights & data transfer

All participants will maintain access to our online platform for six months following commencement of the outplacement and transition programme. This ensures they have continued access to the financial, emotional and professional support they require as they begin their next career steps.
